The CLMD commitment
What the CLMD portal does
The Curriculum Learning Management Division (CLMD) portal supports learner progress monitoring and identifies least learned competencies across all learning areas. Schools select the learning areas configured for their grade level and division, while shared evidence helps Schools Division Offices and the Regional Office provide targeted technical assistance, interventions, and recommendations.

SDOs and the Regional Office can focus technical assistance and interventions where they are most needed.
Schools and education leaders use shared evidence to improve teaching and learner outcomes across all learning areas.
The data-to-action cycle
The platform supports a repeatable cycle of evidence gathering, collaborative analysis, and targeted response.

Step 02
Division and regional views help leaders identify shared needs, local differences, and areas of priority.
Step 03
Findings inform responsive interventions, technical assistance, and follow-through across learning areas.
